Jan Vozár is an attorney-at-law focusing on corporate law, law of obligations, and bankruptcy law. In addition, he also focuses on corporate restructuring and banking.

Within his practise, Jan has participated in complex consultancy in several enterprise restructurings aimed at optimizing group relations or for future sale. Moreover, he focuses on consultancy in the area of acquisition and project financing for debtors as well as financing banks and he regularly participates in legal consultancy services in consumer law, including contractual documentation in the field of production, sale of goods and financial services.
