Marek has been practicing law since 1999 and specialises in corporate law, corporate governance and corporate restructuring, civil and criminal litigation, tax and competition law
law. In 2012, he founded the law firm of the SAMAK consulting group and during his many years of
practice, he has been involved in a number of acquisitions and restructurings of small or large companies. Besides
he has organized the provision of complex legal outsourcing to domestic and foreign clients,
He has represented clients in major disputes in civil and arbitration courts and in criminal proceedings.

Since 2015, he has sat on the board of the Association of Collection Agencies and subsequently, since 2018, he has also served as
Arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic
Republic.

He considers any case where he feels that he has been useful to his client at the end of the case to be a professional success. It can be moral support, willingness to listen, guiding him through the complexity of the legal proceedings. There is no one typical case, but there are indeed many such cases and the work is as varied and diverse as life itself.
