Marek Švehlík is a founding partner of the consulting group SAMAK law & taxes.

Marek has been a lawyer since 2003, specializing in company law, corporate governance and corporate restructuring, civil and criminal proceedings, tax law and competition law. During his many years of experience, Marek participated in a number of acquisitions and restructuring of small and large businesses. In addition, he organized the provision of complex legal outsourcing to domestic and foreign clients, represented clients in significant disputes before civil and arbitration courts and in criminal proceedings.

Marek has been a member of the association board of the Association of Collection Agencies since 2015.

Since 2018, Marek has been an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic.
